The Thunderbirds 16U National team team went 5-0 to win the Rocky Mountain District Championship in Dallas, TX.  The Tbirds outscored their opponents 19-3 in those five games.  During round robin play, they skated past HC Dallas, Utah, and Phoenix Jr. Coyotes.  In the semi-final game, the Tbirds beat the Rocky Mountain Roughriders 3-1.  In the title game, they squared off against the Dallas Stars Elite and won in a hard fought battle by the score of 1-0.
The Tbird 16U National team will advance to the USA Hockey National Championship in Amherst, NY, March 26-30.  Good luck Tbirds!
