Logan Fauber was called up to play two games with the Tri City Storm of the USHL this past weekend, helping them to two pre-season victories.  Fauber faced off against Tbird Alums Hayden Hawkey and Brendan Smith of the Omaha Lancers on Friday (9/20). "It was a privilege to play against two great teams with Tri City" Fauber said. "Not only was it a great experience to get a chance to play at that level, it was really fun to see fellow Thunderbirds again!"  Logan Fauber currently plays defense for the Colorado Thunderbird U18 team.  

Also, former Colorado Thunderbirds player Matthew Meier (2009-2013) who currently skates for the Johnstown Tomahawks of the NAHL has committed to college play for Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.  Congrats to Matt and his family, we wish him nothing but great success!
