                  HOCKEY HIGHLIGHTS:

• 14 Years of professional hockey.
• 9 years in the NHL.
• 2 years playing in Germany.
• Involved in many hockey camps involving all age groups of kids ranging from 5-18 years old. 
• NHLPA Player rep. for the the Colorado Avalanche from 2014-2017.  
• Part of the negotiations during the 2012-2013 lock out for the NHL.  
• Currently on the board of the Avalanche Alumni which includes one event a month to help charities around the Denver area. 
• Color analyst for the Colorado Avalanche on the radio for most of the home games this season.

• 2001-2005 Plymouth Whalers, Assistant Captain 04, Captain 05, Team MVP in 04 and 05
• 2005-2008 Toronto Marlies, Community player of the month in 2007
