FORMER THUNDERBIRDS,
JOSIAH SLAVIN,
COMMITS TO
COLORADO COLLEGE!

Colorado Thunderbirds are excited that former Colorado Thunderbirds forward, Josiah Slavin, has committed to play his college hockey at Colorado College!  Josiah played Colorado Thunderbirds from 2009-2016, USHL Tri-City Storm from 2016-2017, and USHL Lincoln Stars from 2017-2018.

Josiah Slavin is happy to be coming back to his home state of Colorado to play his collegiate hockey!  Family was a huge part of his decision to return to Colorado.  Josiah comes from a great hockey family!  Proud parents are Rob and Wendi Slavin from Erie, Colorado, who has been a terrific host family for Colorado Thunderbirds through the years.  Sister, Jordan, played Colorado Thunderbirds from 2006-2007 and University of North Dakota from 2009-2013.  Older brother, Jaccob, played Colorado Thunderbirds from 2006-2011, USHL Chicago Steel from 2011-2013, Colorado College from 2013-2015, and currently plays for the NHL Carolina Hurricanes.  Little brother Jeremiah, has played Colorado Thunderbirds since he was 11 years old and is currently on the 13U team.

Congratulations to Josiah!  Colorado Thunderbirds wish him and his family the very best of luck in their continuing hockey careers!
