Congratulations to the Colorado Thunderbirds 14U and 16U National team as they each claimed their respective Colorado Tier 1 State Championship. The 14U Thunderbirds beat the Rocky Mountain Roughriders 2-1 in overtime to claim their sixth straight title.  The 16U National Thunderbirds claimed their 10th straight state championship by defeating Rocky Mountain Roughriders 16U National team 4-1 in the championship game.

Both teams along with the Thunderbirds 18U team will advance to the Rocky Mountain District Championships in Dallas, TX from March 5th-8th.  We wish all three teams good luck as they continue their quest to the USA Hockey National Championships in Amherst, NY from March 26-30.  Go Tbirds!!!
