Congratulations to Colorado Thunderbirds, Michael Valdez, on his  commitment to play hockey at Colorado College for the 2023-2024 season. Valdez has played Colorado Thunderbirds since 2015 to present where he is currently playing forward on the 16U team. Valdez was drafted by Fargo Force in the 5th round, 72nd overall in the 2020 USHL Futures Draft, and 9th round, 185th overall in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft by Red Deer Rebels. Michael is the son of proud parents Pat and Lisa, from Westminster, Colorado.
