Colorado Thunderbirds is excited and proud to announce that Aidan Thompson, forward, has committed to University of Denver, the 2017 NCAA Champions! Thompson played Colorado Thunderbirds from 2013-2014, and currently plays for Coach Angelo Ricci's 16U 2017-2018 Team. Aidan is the son of proud parents Brad and Jenny Thompson of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Aidan Thompson will join the growing list of elite hockey players that have played for Colorado Thunderbirds and moved on to play for University of Denver. Thompson will also be in good hands training this season as he will be coached by 3 former DU hockey players: Head Coach Angelo Ricci and Assistant Coaches Adrian Veideman and Kyle Ostrow.
