2017 US NATIONAL JUNIOR TEAM
FINAL ROSTER!

 

Colorado Thunderbirds are excited to announce that former player, Troy Terry, has been selected for the 2017 US National Junior Team final roster.  USA Hockey announced this final 23-man roster that will represent the United States in the 2017 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championships in Montreal and Toronto, Canada, December 26, 2016, through January 5, 2017.  Colorado's Steve Miller will be assistant coach on the bench as Team USA begins play Monday, December 26, against Latvia.  Games will be broadcast on NHL Network.

Troy Terry played his youth hockey at Colorado Thunderbirds 2008-2014 before moving on to play on the US National U18 Team 2014-2015, and is currently a Sophomore at University of Denver.  Terry was selected in the 2015 NHL Draft by Anaheim, Round 5, 148th overall.

Troy is the son of proud parents Susan and Chuck Terry of Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  Colorado Thunderbirds wish Troy the best of luck with the US National Junior Team at the 2017 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship!
